Request Account & Data Deletion
At ADDIBA DI MS, we value your privacy and trust. If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion:

Through the Mobile App: Log in to your account on the mobile app, go to the 'Profile' tab, select 'Account Settings', and click 'Delete Account' to submit an instant request.

Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.

Verification: For security purposes, our support team will verify your identity before processing the request.

Processing: Once verified, your account and all personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days.
What data is deleted?
When your request is completed, we permanently erase the following:
- Your personal profile details (Name, Email, Phone Number).
- Your saved physical shipping and billing addresses.
- Your referral history and reward balance.
What data is kept?
To comply with legal tax, invoicing, and auditing requirements, records of historical orders and transactions will be archived securely. This transaction data is kept strictly for administrative compliance and is never shared or used for marketing.
