Refund Policy

In case of product problems after receiving the product (such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product not matching the picture, etc.), you can get a full refund of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.

1) You must email info@addiba.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery .

2) In case of refund, the product must be in a completely intact condition including the box. 3) You must return

the product to the  Addiba office within a maximum of 7 working days at your own risk.

4) For products that have a price written on them and for some reason the merchant price of Addiba is higher than that, in case of an additional price, you have to register a complaint by emailing info@addiba.com within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the additional price you paid will be refunded through bKash within 10 working days.

5) In case of advance (bKash/Rocket) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take it, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be made to the number from which the advance payment was made.

Note:

Our complaint team will call you for any complaint related to products and services. For this, we want to keep you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If the number provided in your contact is not active, an alternative number must be active. For a refund, you must inform us of the means of returning the money. If we do not receive any cooperation from you by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint resolved.

Note

1. The product will be delivered subject to stock availability. Due to unavoidable reasons, the delivery of the product may take longer than the promised delivery time by the seller.


2. Addiba reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after order confirmation. In this case, if the advance price is paid, the necessary information for the refund (bkash number/rocket number/card number and others) and you do not accept it after giving the courier for product delivery, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days in the case of bkash and 10 days in the case of online card after the product is returned to


Addiba from the said courier. 3.
